We aim to source all products from small wholesale businesses or ideally, direct from the farm. We very carefully select our suppliers and have a policy of visiting them as often as possible. We always welcome feedback from our customers.

Beef, Lamb and Pork - All English and sourced from Yorkshire and Hereford from farms that we visit regularly. These are people we have known and trusted for many years.
Chickens - Including Free range and indoor reared but free from growth promoters and anti biotics.
Turkey - Free range and inside reared from Holly farm in Gloucestershire.
Eggs - Free range and organic.
Cheese - Various speciality cheeses.
